To meet delivery demands to its customers worldwide, eco-friendly packaging manufacturer Reedbut Group relies on reliable communications in its three UK warehouses to respond to tight delivery timescales.

Resilient WiFi with Strong Warehouse Signal

Following recommendation, Reedbut Group turned to Redway Networks to to conduct onsite WiFi surveys at its three warehouses and recommend a new WiFi solution.

Redway Networks discovered the existing WiFi had insufficient coverage with unreliable connectivity and dead spots which were reducing efficiency in scanning stock.

Successful Automated Warehousing WiFi

Redway Networks deployed a Cambium WiFi6 solution with CnPilot internal and external access points. Redway's engineer recommended increasing the amount of access points to improve WiFi capacity, signal strength and data throughput from anywhere in the warehouse.

The network, including guest WiFi, can be managed remotely through Cambium's cloud dashboard which has given Reedbut complete network visibility and enabled warehouse activities to be monitored in real-time.

Since installing Cambium, Reedbut has seen an improvement in warehouse productivity and efficiency which has enhanced distribution and customer service.
